Guetterman Brothers began in 1966, when Paul Guetterman and his brothers Steve, Danny and Gary began row crop farming in northern Miami County, Kansas. They built a grain elevator in the town of Bucyrus, which was incorporated as Guetterman Brothers Elevator, Inc. in 1991. The business has evolved through the years and is now known as Guetterman Brothers Family Farms, LP and is operated by Paul and his four sons, Ted, Tom, Mike and Nick. On any given day there are in excess of 15 Guetterman’s spanning 3 generations working side by side in the fields. The farm currently operates in southern Johnson County and Miami County, Kansas. Primary crops include corn, soybeans and wheat.
The 100% no-till operation prides itself in not only farming as efficiently as possible, but as being stewards of the land… As we are only the current caretakers of land that will be used for generations to come.
